An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to lead the team and work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver the benefits and wellbeing strategy.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Manage and administer London benefit and wellbeing programmes
Work with the Global Director to design and implement the firm’s benefit strategy
Propose new innovative benefit packages
Liaise with third party providers
Line management of two people
Oversee programme of wellbeing events
Work with communications to promote programmes
Budget management
Produce monthly reports
Oversee UK and international payroll
Manage relationships with stakeholders
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a global reward function and an understanding/experience of running payroll. Experience of Peoplesoft is highly advantageous and you will have preferably worked in professional or financial services.
