An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist to work closely with Partners and Fee Earners.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Accurate management of in-house processes (UK)
Supporting with international outsourced payroll
Manage benefits system and administration
Administer monthly pension auto enrolment
Maintaining relationships with third party vendors and ensuring they meet SLA’s
Acting as first point of contact for payroll queries
Ensure policies and procedures followed
Manage payroll issues and audits
Manage systems and run reports
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of working with in-house end to end payroll and strong attention to detail. Experience of SAP and Success Factors is preferred. Strong attention to detail and Excel skills are a must.
