A leading global law firm are looking to hire a HR Reporting Specialist to work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive efficiency across the reporting function
About the Role
The role will entail:
Design and develop reporting tools in collaboration with other teams
Advise on data requirements, review and analysis
Review and analyse data in line with the business needs
Manage relationships with stakeholders
Create efficiencies within the reporting function
Act as subject matter expert on people data and educate stakeholders
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have prior experience with people data reporting in a professional services environment and excellent communication skills. Previous experience using PeopleSoft and PowerBI will be a strong asset and the ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can drive process improvements.
