An award winning law firm are looking to hire a HR Project Specialist to work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver on projects end to end.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Design and implement new HR processes and system improvements
Create and manage projects end to end, including timelines, change and testing
Review and analyse data in line with the business needs
Manage relationships with stakeholders
Manage budgets
Change management
Maintain and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Act as subject matter expert
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of project management end to end and demonstrable business process improvements. A Prince2 qualification or similar is highly desirable and experience of working internationally in a law firm or professional services.
