An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a HR Advisor – Benefits, on a 12 month FTC, to join the team and work closely with the business on a global basis and lead on the administration of benefit programmes.
About the Role
Supporting the Global Compensation Manager, the role will entail:
Administration of global compensation and benefits programs
Act as a first point of contact for compensation queries and maintain benefits portal
Support with annual salary surveys and data benchmarking
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Monthly reporting and analysis of benefits data
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have prior experience administering a benefits platform, ideally in a professional services environment, and strong Excel and reporting skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global team and work across a variety of wellbeing projects.
