An award-winning international law firm are seeking a Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager to join their collaborative team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
This is a broad role covering a range of areas including the management and development of the graduate recruitment program and involvement in global graduate recruitment projects. Working closing with the Head of HR, duties include:
Graduate recruitment – managing the recruitment of trainees across the firm including the strategy and managing relationships with universities
Attraction strategy – overall implementation of the graduate attraction piece
Development – managing seat allocation and appraisals
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a graduate recruitment role ideally within a law firm and experience in an international environment would be an asset. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and being able to multitask is essential.
