A leading professional services firm with a fantastic culture are seeking an Early Careers Advisor to join their team to focus on development and HR for trainees.
About the Role
Working within the larger HR team, this role provides assistance across pastoral care and development.
Duties include:
Support with development programmes for trainee population
Act as first point of contact for trainees
Manage performance, appraisals and feedback
Manage ER issues
Identify training needs and deliver training
Lead on seat rotation process
Coach Partners and Managers
Support with change management projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in HR gained within a professional services environment and preferably of working with trainees. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential. This is a great opportunity to take on a role with interesting projects.
