- Contingent search – a more flexible approach to traditional retained search. This includes a selections of candidate profiles shared upfront whereby feedback is discussed following inspection and enables quicker adjustments.
- Contingent recruitment – a usual approach for junior to mid-level roles, whereby a shortlist of CVs are sent and interview to hire follow swiftly.
- Interim/Temporary requirements – for those immediate and short term needs whereby it may require payroll support, we can provide for this.
