An award winning international law firm are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.
About the Role
This is a broad generalist role with an international scope which includes advising on strategic initiatives. Duties include:
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
Advising across talent matters including recruitment, talent management, and development matters
Driving forward key projects including performance management and work allocation
Coaching stakeholders in the development of people management skills
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a generalist HR role at Senior Manager/Business Partner level within professional services and preferably CIPD qualified. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the proven ability to influence change is essential.
