An award winning global law firm, with a great reputation are looking for a Graduate Recruitment & Development Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Working as part of a supportive team, this is a mixed recruitment and development role offering support to the trainee population. Responsibilities include:

• End to end recruitment support across training contract roles, vacation schemes, and the solicitor apprenticeship programme
• Planning, logistics and coordination of campus events/law fairs and building relationships with universities
• Promote programmes across social media channels
• Act as first point of contact, liaising with fee earners and Partners
• Maintain relationships with future/current trainees
• Support the onboarding and appraisal processes for trainees and contribute to performance management and coaching
• Coordinate skills training
• Monitor SRA regulations

Job Requirements

You will have previous HR advisory and development experience supporting graduates and have worked in professional services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role and could also be a great opportunity for someone looking to step up from coordinator level.
