A leading global law firm are looking to hire an HR Project Manager to work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver on projects end to end.
About the Role
Working across the wider HR team and interacting with key global stakeholders, the role will entail:
Setting strategy and deliverables for HR projects
Create and manage projects end to end, including timelines, change and testing
Manage and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Champion change and promote buy-in for new projects
Manage budgets
Contribute to D&I and employee engagement initiatives
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have previous HR experience at a senior level in a global professional services environment. The demonstrated ability to drive change and manage projects is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent presentation and communication skills.
