An award winning law firm with an excellent reputation for their culture are looking to hire a HR Information Systems Advisor to manage HR systems and reporting.
About the Role
This is a broad role across HR systems, payroll and benefits, and will involve oversight on projects. Responsibilities include:
Create and produce HR reports
Analyse HR data and manage updates/cleansing
Act as a first point of contact and superuser of the system
Advise on improvements to the system
Work alongside Manager and Advisor on payroll processes and benefits administration
Driving HRIS strategy forward
Support with salary and bonus reviews
Manage third party vendors
Drive projects end to end including Gender Pay Gap, engagement surveys etc
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have prior HRIS experience within a professional services environment and across HR and Payroll systems. Experience of Cascade is preferable and attention to detail alongside data presentation and analytical skills is a must.
