A top global law firm are looking for an HR Advisor to join the team to work closely with a number of business services groups.
About the Role
Working closely alongside a HR Manager and as part of the wider HR generalist team, this is a full generalist role offering support. Responsibilities include:
Performance management and coaching line managers
Managing employee relations (sickness/absence)
Business partnering with key stakeholders
Manage probation reviews
Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews
Advising on salary review process
Involvement in projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR experience at advisory level and have worked in the private sector, preferably professional services and CIPD qualified. This is an excellent role where you will take the lead on operational matters and be part of a collegial team that offers great opportunities for progression.
