A market leading specialist consultancy with an international reach and a fantastic culture are looking for a HR Manager/Business Partner to join the team on a fixed term contract basis.
About the Role
Working closely alongside the HR Director EMEA and as part of the wider HR team, this is a full generalist role offering support internationally. Responsibilities include:
- Performance management and coaching line managers
- Managing employee relations
- Business partnering with key stakeholders including Partners
- Advise on policies and procedures
- Work closely with global mobility team
- HR reporting and providing analytics
- Manage salary/bonus review process
- Managing projects
Job Requirements
You will have strong previous HR business partnering experience and have worked in the private sector, preferably professional services. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a growing team. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
