An award winning international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Advisor on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Reporting into the Head of L&D, this is a role covering a broad range of training, working with both internal and external clients. Duties include:
Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy
Programme management
Work with marketing and business development on client training
Deliver legal training for junior lawyers
Managing sessions and workshops
Working with speakers and external suppliers
Managing budgets
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in learning and development, or a related area, in a professional services environment and the demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders. Experience of working internationally would also be an asset.
